I have been enaged in management and financial analysis for 8 power sector projects in 6 countires. Recently, I was involved in “the Project on Electricity Sector Master Plan Study in Sri Lanka” as an expert in management and financial analysis. Besides that, I was engaged in evaluation analysis on 3 technical cooperation project in the power sector. As for evaluation, I have been engaged in a variety of evaluation works from the policy level to the project level and made various useful recommendations on the ODA evaluation system.

Before joining OPMAC, she was stationed at JICA Colombo Office during the civil war in late ‘90s, after which she represented an international NGO in emerging Vietnam early 2000s. She has been handling environmental assessments, social surveys, and resettlement studies in power sector and road and bridge sector, and doing environmental management in construction work. She gives lecturers on environmental and social safeguards, has also been a committee member on environmental due diligence.

Having experiences for more than a decade in Japanese ODA loan project formulation and management in Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). he engaged as a team leader in technical assistance project for formulation and implementation of Japanese ODA loan projects in Myanmar, and recently has been working on loan project formulation survey and the furtherance of procurement and disbursement under Japanese ODA loan in Iraq, Iran and Latin American countries.

In Africa as a JICA volunteer, promoting 'kaizen activities' in a central government. Then, in charge of economic affairs at a Japanese Embassy, assisting Japanese companies to set up business and in charge of economic infrastructure at a JICA office, helping to formulate and supervise ODA loan and grant projects. Currently involved in ODA evaluation and ODA loan procurement.

I was involved in improving operations related to international logistics and mail, mainly in Asia. Later, at a large solution company in Japan, I experienced supporting clients' overseas expansion using the latest applications. Currently, I am engaged in ODA evaluation using these applications and tools, as well as supporting ODA loan procurement.

She also worked at a Japanese local government office, where she was involved in the promotion of agricultural products in Japan and abroad, as well as public procurement and tendering for goods and services.
