Evaluation of development projects, assistance for procurement of Japanese ODA loan projects, economic and financial analysis, environmental and social considerations, private sector development, project management and various surveys, mainly in developing countries.

For those who have no previous experience as development consultants, we offer on-the-job training (OJT) for one to two years after joining the company, working in teams with senior consultants who are experienced in their respective fields. The senior consultants help the new employees to acquire knowledge in their area of expertise and the skills required to be a development consultant (e.g. information gathering and analysis in Japan and abroad, research and analysis methods, reporting, presentation and communication) by participating in actual projects and research work. Through such practical experience, new staff are expected to develop the areas of expertise and skills required for development consultancy.

In-house training programmes include training seminars for new employees are organized 

English TOEIC score of 860 or higher, TOEFL score of 600 (PBT) / 250 (CBT) / 100 (iBT) or higher is desirable.

It would be even better if you could speak other languages such as French or Spanish. 

It is even better if you have completed the PCM "Planning/Proposal" and "Monitoring/Evaluation" training and are certified as an evaluator.
